EXTREME Shipping Delays

"We are still experiencing extreme delays shipping due to the high volume of orders we were receiving for @ 18 months. We are currently processing/shipping orders from July 17 - July 31. July should only take 9-12 days to complete and we're hopeful to start August's orders by Nov 10th.
